Officers arrest Houston woman for allegedly driving with alcohol levels over twice the legal limit |  Texas

Houston, TX – Deputies from Officer Mark Herman’s office arrested a woman on June 21, 2024, for driving while intoxicated. The incident occurred in block 11241 of Promenade Antoine.

The driver, identified as Briana Hernandez, exhibited multiple signs of intoxication, according to the release. After administering a series of standardized field sobriety tests, deputies determined Hernandez was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed his blood alcohol level was 0.166, more than twice the legal limit.

“Briana Hernandez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100 in County Court 4,” said Officer Mark Herman.
