Endangered Child Alert issued for Kingsport teenager | WJHL

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) – An Endangered Child Alert has been issued for a 15-year-old from Kingsport.

According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), Payton Begley has been reported missing.

The TBI stated on social media that she was last seen on June 11 in Kingsport.

Begley is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. The TBI described her as having brown hair and brown eyes.

Begley has a medical condition and is believed to be without her medicine, the TBI reports.
