Burglary suspect arrested after breaking into occupied home in West Seattle – KIRO 7 News Seattle

SEATTLE – Seattle police arrested a man Tuesday after he broke into an occupied home in West Seattle.

At around 9:25 a.m., police received a 911 call about a break-in at a home near Alki Avenue Southwest.

When police arrived, the suspect was arrested for burglary and making death threats against the victim.

The victim was found unharmed.

The suspect was carrying pepper spray and two knives, police said.

The 47-year-old suspect was booked into the King County Jail on suspicion of burglary and aggravated harassment.

The investigation is being led by detectives from the General Investigation Unit.
