Marijuana worth millions of dollars found in warehouse in Downtown Brooklyn

Police said they made a discovery worth several million dollars in downtown Brooklyn over the weekend.

Authorities said millions of dollars worth of marijuana was found in a warehouse at 63 Adelphi Street. The mayor’s office added that this was the largest action against a cannabis dealer to date.

News 12 learned that all of this came to light because police responded to a break-in at the warehouse and made the surprising discovery.

The sheriff’s office says once the illegal product is released, it is packaged and sent to bodegas. Many of the designs are very colorful and attractive to children.

Three suspected burglars were arrested.
