Paddle to Niagara 2024 – Buffalo Rising

The 18th annual Paddles Up Niagara will be held on Saturday, July 27 (rain date: July 28) at Beaver Island State Park, Grand Island, NY (check-in at Shelter 2B). Sessions begin at 7:00 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., and 10:30 a.m.

Exhibitors and refreshments will be on site until 12:30 p.m. There will also be plenty of prizes to be won. The event is free, but there is a $7 admission fee to Beaver Island Park, in effect after 9 a.m. Kayaks can be rented at Blue Water Marina, 330 East River Rd. Grand Island, NY. The first 200 registrants will receive a free t-shirt.

This paddle group is open to all and is considered one of the largest community paddling events in the Northeast. There are a number of paddles and activities to participate in, including free eco-tours and kayaking lessons taught by certified instructors.
