Juliene Washburn, 83, of Atlanta

Mrs. Juliene Elizabeth Washburn She was born in Jackson, Michigan, on July 14, 1941, to the late George and Dorothy (Brazee) King. She married her beloved husband, James Washburn, on January 1, 1959, and together the couple celebrated 65 years of marriage before his passing. They have resided at Canada Creek Ranch for 40 years. Juliene had various hobbies including sewing, knitting, crocheting, cooking and baking. She loved watching the wildlife that came to her garden, watching birds and gardening. We miss her and will miss her deeply.

Juliene is survived by her husband, James Washburn of Atlanta; daughter, Christine (Joseph) Hildebrand of Ortonville; granddaughter, Jessica (Nicholas) Price of Clarkston; great-grandson, Renly Price; and sister, Priscilla Camarillo of St. Petersburg, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Dorothy King; and my brother, Tad.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family chose to remember Juliene privately at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association in his memory.
