CJ Stroud and Stefon Diggs of the Houston Texans work out during their trip to Paris

The offseason is a great opportunity for NFL players to get off the field and travel. Houston Texans star quarterback CJ Stroud isn’t letting that stop him from working.

Now, Stroud has been active this offseason, balancing team workouts and offseason programs with trips to Asia with Micah Parsons, Morocco with Justin Fields and other appearances elsewhere. Most recently, a video surfaced of Stroud connecting with Stefon Diggs during a workout while the duo was traveling to Paris for fashion week.

While both players will be able to enjoy Fashion Week, they strengthen their bond as a duo, which Texans fans can get used to. The quarterback-wide receiver duo will shine a lot at NRG Stadium this fall.

Last season, the Texans recorded ten wins and even beat the Cleveland Browns in the playoffs. They did it behind Stroud’s brilliant rookie season and an incredible first year from head coach DeMeco Ryans.

Because of that impressive campaign, the Texans used the offseason to add Super Bowl-level talent around Stroud and the rest of the young core, building a contending team. The first of those moves was the arrival of Diggs via trade with the Buffalo Bills.

The trade to acquire Diggs was expensive, and he and Stroud will have to connect on numerous occasions to make sure it was worth the price for the Texans. It’s nice to see that they’re taking time from their trip to Paris to work on their connection and chemistry together.

Since 2020, Diggs leads the league in receptions. While Stroud will certainly find the star receiver consistently, there are two other elite receivers in Houston, Nico Collins and Tank Dell, who should command a handful of targets themselves.

Either way, it’s bound to be an exciting season for the Texans and Houston fans will have an electric offense to watch.
