Two children shot dead in Schiller Park during outdoor gathering

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at an outdoor gathering in Schiller Park.

Two children were struck by gunfire shortly before 9:30 p.m. Friday, according to Buffalo police. Officers from the Ferry-Fillmore District responded to the call in the first block of Domedion Avenue.

Both children were transported to local hospitals, with one of them seriously injured, according to authorities.
