Police name motorcyclist who drove 103 mph in a 40 mph zone |  News

TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa police said they have charged a motorcyclist for driving 103 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone.

A motorcyclist was caught traveling at 103 mph in a 40 mph zone on Skelly Road near Lewis, police said Wednesday.

The motorcyclist tried to escape and hide in a nearby apartment, but officers found him, police said.

Police said the motorcyclist was charged with driving with a revoked license, reckless driving, false identification and driving with a restricted license.

The police remind motorcyclists to drive safely and give some tips.
