Parade, highlight of Buffalo Pride Weekend festival

This weekend, Pride is being celebrated in Buffalo. This includes a parade and festival on Sunday June 2.

The parade begins on Elmwood Avenue at Forest Avenue and continues south on Elmwood for two miles to end at Allen Street.

The parade starts at 11 a.m. This year’s theme is “Now’s the time.”

The City of Buffalo has announced a number of road closures due to the parade route.

The festival starts at 1 p.m. and continues until 7 p.m. at Canalside. Tickets are $15. The event will feature entertainment from Monét Moreover.
