Man and woman dead, child flown to hospital after possible murder-suicide in spring

Spring, Texas – A man and a woman are dead and a child was flown to a hospital after a possible murder-suicide, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office said it happened in the 23700 block of Springwood Village Pkwy.

According to the sheriff’s office, officers from the Harris County Fourth Precinct found a man and a woman unconscious from gunshot wounds; a child also suffered gunshot wounds.

The child was flown to a hospital by rescue helicopter. Her condition is said to be critical.

Officials from the Fourth Police District said at the scene that the man and woman succumbed to their injuries.

The sheriff’s office said the man and woman were in an apartment and reportedly had a relationship.

The sheriff’s office said that based on information at the scene, it appears to be a murder-suicide and the man is the shooter.
