3. Trespass reported at Drake’s mansion when a man from the previous incident returns to get his bike

Authorities say a third domestic disturbance occurred at Drake’s Toronto mansion on Saturday.

Police responded to Park Lane Circle at 3:30 p.m. Saturday “to a male who entered the property and failed to leave the property when asked to do so,” Toronto police said.

This was the same man who was charged with trespassing at Drake’s home on Thursday.

The man apparently returned to Drake’s house on Saturday “to get his bike back,” police said. Officers escorted him from the property and he was issued a ticket under Ontario’s Trespass to Property Act.

TMZ shared a video of the incident on Saturday, showing a man holding down another man on the lawn in front of the villa.

A spokesman for Drake declined to comment on Saturday’s intruder.

Drake’s mansion has been the scene of frequent police operations over the past week, starting with a shooting outside the property last Tuesday that left a security guard seriously injured. Drake is in the middle of a feud with fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar, which has seen the two release dissident tracks targeting each other.

In last week’s shooting, the security guard “was shot from a vehicle that then fled the scene,” police said in a news release.

Following the shooting, the first domestic disturbance occurred Wednesday and the person was arrested.

A source familiar with Drake’s property told NBC News on Wednesday about the incident: “The man didn’t break in. He was immediately confronted at the gate by security and handed over to the police.”

Police said the incident was not a criminal matter and no details about the individual would be released, citing the Mental Health Act. The law “provides people with the opportunity to receive an emergency examination without their consent with the assistance of a doctor or a justice of the peace,” police said.

Authorities said at the time that the trespassing was “unrelated to the investigation” into Tuesday’s shooting.

There was a second domestic disturbance on Thursday. Police said at the time that the man was confronted by security forces at the property and later taken to hospital. The intruder in Thursday’s incident was the same person involved on Saturday, police said.
