Large police presence in the South of Market district of San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — There appears to be a heavy police presence in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood Friday afternoon. A video from the Citizen app shows several San Francisco Police Department vehicles in the area and SFPD officers on site.
