According to the attorney of a woman who is appearing under the name Jane Doe in her case against Alkiviades “Alki” David, she was sexually assaulted and harassed for three years between 2016 and 2019.

“The facts of this case are so despicable. He raped my client during a trial in another case,” Doe’s attorney Gary Dordick said, according to the LA Times.

Back in 2019, David was warned not to even think about harming another woman’s body after Mahim Khan, a former production assistant, obtained a $58 million judgment against him for sexual assault.

He was found guilty in several other cases of sexual misconduct and he and his companies were ordered to pay damages totaling approximately $70 million.

David’s company, Hologram USA, is known for producing holographic images of deceased celebrities. His company also offers a wide range of online streaming services.

Everything you need to know about Jane Doe’s case

Jane Doe, the plaintiff in the lawsuit, is a thirty-year-old model who worked for David at Hologram USA and recognized him as a “media mogul and billionaire” when he hired her.

The woman said she had been concerned about David’s behavior in the office since she started working for the company. According to the lawsuit, a co-worker informed Doe that David had kissed her against her will. In addition, the plaintiff claimed that in 2016, during a business trip to his private island in Greece, David tried to kiss her, but she refused and he apologized.

The complaint states that she was fired that same year and did not have any further contact with David until 2018. After that, David offered her the opportunity to work as a brand ambassador for Swiss-X, his cannabis production company.

According to the lawsuit, after she accepted the job, David showed the woman around his hotel room and gave her a sample of a product he claimed was a CBD product. David masturbated and forced her to touch his penis when the woman began to feel drunk and confused, according to the lawsuit.

The woman claimed he sexually assaulted her in a small room during a business meeting in April 2019.

David’s current fortune of $3.7 billion comes largely from his wealthy Cypriot family, according to the Sunday Times’ annual Rich List, but he has said that media estimates of his wealth are massively inflated.

Judge Christopher L. Luis’ overwhelming ruling on Monday calls for $800 million in fines and $100 million in damages.
