NYC Crime: Firefighter Attacked While Working in Little Italy

LITTLE ITALY, Manhattan (WABC) – A firefighter was attacked while on duty in Manhattan.

According to police, around 11:30 p.m. last Friday, a man and a woman approached the firefighter on Hester Street in Little Italy and began arguing with him.

The argument escalated and the firefighter said both suspects eventually hit him.

The firefighter suffered minor injuries.
