Number coding suspended on 12 and 17 June 2024

We all know that a holiday is coming soon. Wednesday, 12 June 2024– our country celebrates its 126th Independence Day. Last week President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. also explained Monday, 17 Junea regular holiday to celebrate the festival of sacrifice, Eid’l Adha.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has confirmed that the number coding system will be suspended on both holidays.

Makati City has confirmed that number coding will also be suspended in its jurisdiction, on the grounds that it will be “automatically lifted on weekends and public holidays”.
