Makeup artist recalls seeing Cassie ‘badly injured’ after incident with Diddy

Cassie Ventura’s former makeup artist says she once gave the “Me & U” singer shelter in her home for several days to protect her from Sean “Diddy” Combs after she was left “seriously injured.” In an interview with ExtraMylah Morales said of the rapper once known as Puff Daddy: “We were always afraid of Puff. He’s a powerful person and we don’t know what would happen to us if we spoke out.” Morales recalled an incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel in which she said Combs was angrily searching for Ventura, and ” Next thing you know, all I heard coming from the bedroom was just shit.” She said she didn’t see exactly what happened, but heard a commotion. Cassie “was hurt. I mean, she had severe bruises, like lumps on her head, a black eye… and all I cared about was getting her to safety, and I took her to my house and kept her there for a few days.” said Morales. “I literally called my girlfriend, who was a doctor at the time, to treat her because we couldn’t get her to the hospital.” She said Combs’ apology – which he only issued after shocking surveillance footage was released showing the physical abuse, which he had previously denied – was “just a PR stunt”.
