The Buffalo Bills will hold 10 open practices at St. John Fisher University in Pittsford during the 2024 training camp.

Buffalo Bills training camp returns to St. John Fisher University, with the first practice scheduled for Wednesday. Here’s everything Bills Mafia needs to know about the fan experience.

Camp Schedule

All practices will be held at St. John Fisher, with the exception of August 2, which will be held at Highmark Stadium. Practice times are subject to change and tickets are required to attend. All seats are general admission and all tickets are mobile. There is wheelchair accessible seating in the Polisseni Grandstand. Training camp begins one hour prior to practice.

Fan experience space

Located at the main entrance to the camp, fans can enjoy activities, get autographs and chat with Bills partners. Among the fan experiences, according to the Bills:

Football throw: Hit the open receiver to complete the decisive first down.

Running Back Challenge: Practice making your best spin move and avoiding incoming defenders as you run toward the end zone and dive over the pylon.

Quarterback Challenge: You have to make a split-second decision about who gets the ball to score the touchdown.

Meet Billy: Have your picture taken with Billy Buffalo during his designated visiting time.

Autographs: There will be opportunities to get autographs. However, autographs are not guaranteed.

Blue and Red Training Match

The Red and Blue’s return game will be at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 2 at Highmark Stadium. Gates will open at 4 p.m. and parking, which is $5 in the stadium lots (with proceeds going to the Buffalo Bills Foundation), will open at 3 p.m. The game will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

How to get there, parking

From Buffalo and points west, take the New York State Thruway to Exit 46. Take Route 390 North to Route 590 North to Monroe Avenue. Parking is not available on campus for public practices. Fans will have access to shuttles from designated lots to the training camp entrance for $1. The shuttles, which are handicapped accessible, will depart frequently. The last shuttle from campus to the parking lots departs one hour after practice concludes.

472 Mendon Road, Pittsford.

Sutherland High School: 55 Sutherland Street, Pittsford.

Barker Road College: Overflow lot, 75 Barker Road, Pittsford.

Metal detection control throughout the building

All fans in attendance will be required to pass through a metal detector to enter. Guests will not need to remove keys, phones, wallets or other items from their pockets. All personal belongings will be subject to a more thorough search, if necessary. Fans are asked to have their mobile tickets ready to expedite the process and to leave all unnecessary and prohibited items in their vehicles. The Bills will not retain or keep any items.

  • Visitors with sensory issues can pick up a sensory inclusion kit at the guest service booth located near the camp’s main entrance. Kits typically include noise-canceling headphones, stress-relieving toys, and a KultureCity VIP ID card.
  • There is a dedicated nursing mothers area at the training camp. The room provides a quiet and private space for nursing mothers. Guests can inquire about using this space by visiting the Guest Services kiosk near the main entrance of the camp.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: In the event of inclement weather preventing the Bills from practicing outdoors, the team will move indoors and those practices will be closed to the public. Interactive areas will be closed when practice is canceled.

Q: What should I leave at home?

A: Prohibited items include alcoholic beverages, coolers, thermoses, pitchers or other empty containers for liquids, cameras with lenses longer than 6 inches, drones, video cameras or recording devices. The Bills reserve the right to restrict any item deemed dangerous, inappropriate or that detracts from the experience of other fans.

Q: What can I bring with me?

A: The NFL’s bag policy is in effect for all camp practices. Bags larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches will not be permitted. Unopened single-serve food containers carried in an appropriately sized bag, factory-sealed water bottles, strollers and umbrellas are permitted.

Q: Are there any concessions?

A: Food and beverages will be available at concession stands and all purchases will be cashless. All major credit cards are accepted.

Q: When should I arrive for training?

A: Fans are encouraged to arrive at the gates 30 to 60 minutes before practice begins.

Q: Will there be toilets for the public?

A: Public toilets will be installed in the fan areas. However, university buildings are closed to the public.

A: A Bills information booth will be set up in the Dorsey parking lot and a first aid tent will be available next to the practice field.
