Channel 2’s Michael Seiden was on Tuesday outside Emory University Hospital in Midtown, where Alexus Taylor and Jalen Matthews said they spent a month with baby Josiah before he died. Josiah was born with Down syndrome, a condition that prevents children from living more than a year.

The couple hired a local funeral home to care for the baby’s remains. They were given an urn containing the baby’s “ashes”, but were later told their child’s remains were still at the funeral home.

We’re working to get answers about what happened, for Channel 2 Action News starting at 4 p.m.
