Amber Alert lifted for teenager; police arrest man

HOWARD COUNTY, Arkansas (KAIT/Gray News) – Police have arrested a man in connection with the disappearance of a 16-year-old Arkansas girl.

Arkansas State Police said the teenager was found safe and sound.

On Tuesday, Arkansas police reported that 30-year-old Adrian Garces was arrested Monday night in Grand Prairie, Texas. He is charged with obstruction of custody and is awaiting extradition to Arkansas.
