Providence Group Opens Model Home at Grant Place Phase 2

The Providence Group has opened a model home in Phase 2 of its Grant Place condominium community on the BeltLine in Grant Park.

The first phase of the project, known as Pratt Stacks, was developed in 2018.

The model is a single-story condominium of approximately 1,500 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and was designed “to be an entertainer’s dream,” Providence said in a statement.

“I wanted to showcase both the space itself, as well as the potential uses and design opportunities within it,” said Terance Manly, design director. “We designed the house with white and gray throughout and pops of all shades of blue to help marry all the colors together. We also used wallpaper in both bedrooms, fully tiled backsplashes and black and gold lighting throughout the house. Even the furniture used throughout the house is unique.

All single-story condos feature oversized living rooms; open concept kitchens with central islands; private garages; elevator access; and kitchen balconies.

Common areas include a pavilion with a bar, seating and two fire pits. Landscaping will be provided by a homeowners association.

The community is located at 375 Grant Circle SE, across the street from Beacon Atlanta, a former industrial site redeveloped into a 110,000 square foot entertainment and business district.
