The 3,500 square feet of retail space formerly housed the building’s first-floor brewery and tasting room.

The former Labatts headquarters spans the second floor.

Pegula Sports and Entertainment was responsible for the construction of Labatt’s US headquarters in 2018, as part of a larger adaptive reuse project supported by Labatt.
