Police are investigating a shooting incident that damaged several vehicles in Norwich on Tuesday.

According to Norwich Police, dispatch received reports of shots fired on Central Avenue in Norwich at 11:36 a.m.

Police said responding officers found evidence that multiple shots had been fired in the area of ​​Central Avenue and Third Street.

According to police, several vehicles were damaged, but no injuries were reported.

An initial investigation revealed that at least two people were recklessly firing firearms on the busy street, police said.
