One teenager was killed, another was shot in Bellevue Park

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A teenager was shot and killed Wednesday night at Red Caboose Park in Bellevue, Metro Nashville Police said.

According to police, another teenager was shot in the stomach and taken to the hospital for treatment.

Witnesses told WSMV4 they heard several teenagers arguing in the park and saw one pull out a gun. Shots were fired, hitting two of the teens.

Police said one person was detained for questioning and officers are searching for other suspects.
