Reeves Barbour charged with trespassing in Madison

Former Gov. Haley Barbour’s youngest son arrested. Haley Reeves Barbour Jr., 44, was arrested by Madison police on Thursday for trespassing, according to Capt. Kevin Newman. Newman did not provide details about the incident that led to the arrest of the younger Barbour, who uses his middle name. Reeves Barbour was also arrested in Washington, D.C., in 2015 on a charge of aggravated assault. Haley Barbour served two terms as Mississippi’s governor from 2004 to 2012.

MADISON, Miss —

The youngest son of former Governor Haley Barbour was arrested.

Haley Reeves Barbour Jr., 44, was arrested Thursday by Madison police on a charge of trespassing, according to Captain Kevin Newman.

Newman did not provide details about the incident that led to the arrest of the younger Barbour, who uses his middle name. Reeves Barbour was also arrested in Washington, D.C., in 2015 on aggravated assault charges.

Haley Barbour served two terms as governor of Mississippi from 2004 to 2012.
