Houston Texans 2024 Schedule Times and Dates

HOUSTON — The Houston Texans 2024 schedule has not yet been officially released, but the team released one of its matchups against X on Wednesday ahead of the full release.

This game is a Christmas Day game with the Baltimore Ravens at NRG Stadium. According to HoustonTexans.com, this will be the 15th meeting between the two teams. Houston has won twice. More dates and times will be released at 7 p.m.

We already know the 17 opponents Houston will face next year, but it’s unclear when the games will be played. The Texans will play eight games at home and nine away.

The NFL will release the full season schedule on Wednesday, May 15 at 8 p.m. Eastern Time.

It’s unclear how many games Houston will get in prime time after a surprising run to the 2023 AFC Divisional Playoffs. Houston ended up losing to the Ravens after beating the Cleveland Browns in the Wild Card round of the AFC.

Netflix already made headlines on Wednesday morning when they announced that they would be the place to watch NFL games on Christmas Day.

This is the first live-streamed event involving one of the major American leagues.

It’s been a busy offseason for the team.

The team recently revealed new uniforms that will be worn during the upcoming season.

Houston also made several moves to strengthen its roster, including signing free agent defensive lineman Danielle Hunter and trading the Bills for wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

The Texans also made several selections in the NFL Draft, including taking Georgia cornerback Kamari Lassiter and Notre Dame offensive lineman Blake Fisher in the second round. Houston ended up drafting seven more players before the draft ended.

Sophomore receiver Tank Dell, who was injured and missed the rest of the season after playing in 11 games his freshman year, was shot and killed at a party in Florida. He is expected to make a full recovery.

Houston’s top two picks in 2023, quarterback CJ Stroud (2nd overall) and defensive end Will Anderson Jr. (3rd overall), both earned Rookie of the Year honors during their rookie season.
