GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police are stepping up patrols at a Gwinnett County target after several women reported disturbing incidents while they were shopping.

Matt Johnson, Channel 2 Gwinnett County bureau chief was on Scenic Highway in Snellville Tuesday, where police said they had three different victims on three different days.

Devon Thomas, 25, was the first person arrested in three separate incidents since March.

Police body camera video shows officers approaching a man accused of groping a woman inside the Target.

On two other occasions, men were accused of filming women in the locker rooms of the same Target.
