A new residence is taking shape at 130 Depew Avenue. Custom home builder Jurek Builders is constructing the residence for owners Steven Elwell and Breanna Pugh. A circa 1920 house of 2,581 square feet. The residence on the site was demolished in 2018 and Elwell and Push purchased the property in 2020 for $277,500.

According to building permits, the two-story residence has an attached garage, a detached pool house, an in-ground pool and a covered patio. Square footage was not provided, but the value listed on the permit was $1.5 million.
