Atlanta United 2 loan goalkeeper Jayden Hibbert to Birmingham Legion FC

Atlanta United 2 announced today that they have loaned goalkeeper Jayden Hibbert to Birmingham Legion FC for the USL Championship. Hibbert’s loan runs until November 30, 2024, although ATL UTD 2 has the right to terminate the loan at any time during the season.

The Jamaican international joined Atlanta via the 2024 MLS SuperDraft after being selected with the 19th overall pick. This season, Hibbert started five matches and made 19 saves for ATL UTD 2 in MLS NEXT Pro. The 19-year-old also received two international call-ups to the Jamaican men’s national team, making his debut for the Reggae Boyz in an international friendly against Trinidad and Tobago, as well as being called up for the qualifiers of the 2026 World Cup. during the FIFA June international window.
