At May 30, 2024Phreesia released a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. Among other things, Phreesia updated its “fiscal year 2025 revenue guidance to a range of 416 million US dollars To 426 million US dollars from an earlier series of 424 million US dollars To 434 million US dollars.” Phreesia noted that “the updated revenue range includes the accelerated settlement of a Clearinghouse customer relationship” and that “the revenue range provided for fiscal year 2025 assumes no additional revenue from potential future acquisitions between now and 31 January2025.”

Following this news, Phreesia’s share price fell 2,39 € per share or 11.22% and closed at 18,92 € per share on May 31, 2024.
