Motorcyclist killed in Bridgeport after collision with car at intersection

BRIDGEPORT, Connecticut (WTNH) – A 36-year-old man died Friday in a crash between a motorcycle and a car in Bridgeport.

The man, who was riding a motorcycle, collided with a Volkswagen Passat at the intersection of Carroll Avenue and Stratford Avenue. The driver of the car, a 34-year-old man from Easton, suffered minor injuries.

The victim was taken to Bridgeport Hospital where he later died. Police are still investigating the incident.
