Atlanta Braves News: Ronald Acuña Jr. surgery, Jarred Kelenic out, more

Atlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. underwent surgery Wednesday to repair a torn ACL. The procedure was performed by Dr. Neal ElAttrache, the same doctor who performed his surgery in 2021.

The surgery was performed in Los Angeles, where Acuña plans to stay for the next month while he begins the rehabilitation process. Acuña suffered his season-ending injury on May 26 and is hoping for a full recovery.
