Walcott said evidence presented at trial included statements from two underage victims who each reported to Farmington police that they had been sexually abused by the defendant.

A victim reported on July 1, 2020, that she was trying to return home during a pajama party at the defendant’s house, Walcott said.

The defendant offered to drive the victim home. During the drive home, the defendant sexually assaulted the victim, Walcott said.

Further testimony showed that on February 6, 2021, the defendant picked up a group of minors and brought them to his home for another pajama party, Walcott said.

In the early hours of the next day, a second victim woke up and went to the kitchen to get a drink, Walcott said.

According to Walcott, the defendant was in the kitchen at the time and sexually assaulted the victim.

“The courage and commitment of the young victims who stood firm while testifying before a jury of people they have never met is remarkable,” Walcott said. “I thank the jury for their time and I thank these young witnesses for their example of strength and courage.”

Sentencing is scheduled for September 4 in Hartford Superior Court.
