Somerville, Mass. Illegal liposuction is investigated – NBC Boston

According to police in neighboring Everett, a person who underwent illegal liposuction at a home in Somerville, Massachusetts, had to seek medical attention upon his return.

Everett police said a patient living in their city went home after the procedure, which took place at a private home. That person ended up in a Cambridge Health Alliance facility. Her condition was not immediately clear.

Somerville police referred the matter to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. NBC10 Boston has reached out to the district attorney’s office for more information.
