Police said they were called to the 2500 block of Kirk Avenue around 12:40 p.m. after an MTA bus driver reported finding a fetus on a seat on the bus. “Even though I wasn’t on the bus, just knowing that something like that happened on the bus, that’s what we go through these days,” said Jeff McKoy, who frequently visits the area.
