1 dead, 1 injured in St. John the Baptist Parish as investigation continues

The St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a double shooting in Garyville. The incident occurred on Sherman Walker Street on Tuesday, May 7, before 7 p.m. One of the victims was pronounced dead. The investigators have no time to provide any information.
