SAPULPA, Oklahoma. –

One person died in an accident at a construction site in Sapulpa Thursday morning, authorities said.

The accident occurred on Highway 97 between West 86 Street and West 81 Street in Sapulpa.

According to authorities, the driver of a vehicle crashed into several concrete building walls and the vehicle’s engine caught fire.

Sapulpa Police are conducting the investigation into the incident.

The person killed has not been identified at this time and their condition before the crash is unknown.
