Police investigate pedestrian crash in Croydon – Delaware Valley News

Bristol Township Police were called to Route 13 and Newportville Road around 4:30 p.m. yesterday to investigate a predestination-related crash.

According to police, the car was traveling on Route 13 when the pedestrian, a 38-year-old man, crossed the street from Newportville Road toward the train station. The car, a 2008 Toyota, came to a controlled stop at a curb and headed north on Route 13.

The windshield of the car was smashed and the hood of the car was badly damaged. The pedestrian was in serious condition. Police are trying to determine the cause of the accident. The roads in the area were closed for several hours.
