Stefon Diggs praises two young Houston Texans DBs

Stefon Diggs arrived at the Houston Texans with a reputation as a diva, at least according to the former anonymous nfl scoutsSo far he has proven quite the opposite, showing great generosity in helping his younger and less experienced teammates and being nothing but complementary.

After yesterday’s practice, Diggs took questions from reporters and shared some more love for his new Texans brethren. Here’s what he had to say about cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. and rookie Kamari Lassiter.

If iron sharpens iron, then Houston’s defense will be much stronger having to face Diggs, Nico Collins and Tank Dell every day in practice.

As for the rest of the roster, the offensive line and linebacking units could be problematic weaknesses. Adding depth to those two areas in free agency before the season starts wouldn’t be a bad idea.
