Police investigate incident in Dover

DOVER – At 7:45 p.m., police continued their investigation into an incident involving shell casings at the Harmony at Kent assisted living facility at 1435 East Lebanon Road.

At one point, more than 20 police vehicles were on the scene. The lead police agency was the Delaware State Police, and the Dover Police Department was also on the scene.

Yellow warning tape was visible around a driveway.

The Delaware Department of Transportation diverted traffic from the area.
