The man was shot and injured for the first time around 11 a.m. Thursday evening. He was attacked again by gunmen on Friday afternoon but was uninjured, police said.

In the second incident, it was reported that the man was traveling in a taxi around 1.30pm when he noticed a white Toyota Axio following the taxi.
