Police: Penn Yan man charged with harassment after shoving incident

Penn Yan Police arrested 39-year-old Thomas J. Gordon for second-degree harassment following an incident on East Elm Street late Friday night.

Police responded to a harassment report at 11:35 p.m. on May 25. Their investigation revealed that Gordon had gone to another resident’s home, demanded money and shoved the resident.

Gordon was served with a subpoena and will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
