Two dead in possible murder-suicide in Kashmere Garden

HOUSTON (KIAH) – At approximately 11 p.m., the Houston Police Department (HPD) responded to a welfare check for a 35-year-old woman who lives at Coal and Linn. Upon arrival, HPD determined they would need to force entry into the home. Inside, officers found the body of a deceased adult female with gunshot wounds. The body of a deceased adult male, 35, lay in another room with a gun in his possession. The two were reportedly a couple who had problems in the past. The deceased man had recently been released from prison.
