In a press release, the company said the move is expected to bring the company closer to its customers and partners.

The new headquarters will feature a state-of-the-art demonstration warehouse showcasing multiple HaiPick systems. The facility will provide an immersive experience, allowing customers to see first-hand the capabilities and efficiencies of Hai’s advanced goods-to-hand picking and processing technology.

The Norcross site will also expand Hai’s in-house training capabilities, with convenient warehouse and teaching facilities. The company says all equipment replacement parts will be housed and distributed out of the Atlanta location, ensuring same-day or next-day shipping to the vast majority of Hai Americas customers.

Brian Reinhart, chief revenue officer of Hai Robotics USA, said the new Norcross facility is a significant milestone.

“This new facility is an important step in our growth in North and South America. This investment demonstrates our commitment to providing best-in-class solutions and services,” said Reinhart. “With the recent arrival of three new directors in the United States for partner development, software development and customer service, we are demonstrating our continued commitment to the local market. Strengthening our infrastructure, resources and management with industry leaders ensures that we are more responsive to the needs of our U.S. customers and partners.
