Buffalo Drive – Scoop: Nashville

Stephanie Pinckley, 41, had a domestic incident with her boyfriend of 3 years, Arthur Filson, at the Drury Inn on Donelson Pike in the early hours of May 28. Filson told responding officers that she chased him into the stairwell and pushed him against the wall. Filson said he eluded Pinckley as she chased him for about a half-mile once he got out. He was found in the parking lot with multiple abrasions and complained of possible bruising to his ribs. NFD paramedics transported him to Nashville General Hospital for further evaluation. Then, officers located Pinckley at the hotel and spoke with him. She told officers Filson grabbed her hair and pushed her down while holding her neck, so she pushed him in self-defense. Pinckley did not know why they left the room, but admitted to chasing him down the street to get the room key. Pinckley was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
