Man arrested for public excitement after disturbing incident at Eastview Mall

Officers arrested a Rochester man for public nuisance following a disturbing incident at a Victor store.

Rex Ahrens, 73, of Rochester, was arrested on June 15 for public nuisance at Dick’s House of Sport in Victor.

Ahrens was accused of masturbating in public at the golf hall, which was witnessed by a customer. Officers responded and took him into custody.

Ahrens was issued a uniformed summons and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
