19-year-old shot and wounded on Roetzer Street

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 19-year-old woman was injured in a shooting on Roetzer Street in Buffalo early Sunday morning, police said.

Police responded to the first block of Roetzer just after midnight Sunday after the woman was shot in the foot during a fight at a large block party in the neighborhood.

The woman was transported by civilian vehicle to the Sisters of Charity hospital for treatment.
