Cowboy Baseball Series opener in Houston postponed

HOUSTON – Due to heavy rain and lightning in the forecast, Oklahoma State’s series opener at Houston on Thursday night has been postponed. The two teams will now play a doubleheader on Friday, with the first game at 2:30 p.m. and the nightcap 45 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.


With three games remaining in the regular season, the 17^thThe ranked Cowboys are 34-16 overall and are second in the Big 12 standings at 17-9.


Saturday’s series finale against the Cougars is scheduled for 1 p.m.
