School janitor allegedly had sexual conversations with minor from Concordia Parish; arrested | KTVE

FERRIDAY, La. (KTVE/KARD) – On June 17, 2024, the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office Cybercrime Unit began investigating 37-year-old Cody Allen Talley. Authorities say Talley allegedly communicated online in a sexual manner with a person he believed to be a minor.

After making contact, Talley allegedly engaged in a lewd conversation and demanded photos in return. According to officials, after positive identification, Talley was found to be employed by the Lafayette Parish School Board and was taken into custody by Carencro Police today.

Talley was booked into the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office Jail and will be extradited to Concordia Parish. He was charged with lewd conduct with juveniles.
