According to police, a 4-year-old falls from a 7th floor window while his 10-year-old sister watches him

BEDFORD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO/Gray News) – A 4-year-old boy was seriously injured when he fell from the window of a seventh-story apartment Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.

The accident occurred around 1:15 p.m. at Trinity Towers in Bedford Heights, Ohio.

Police said the boy was being watched by his 10-year-old sister. There was no one else in the apartment, police said.

The boy reportedly suffered serious injuries to his legs and arms.

Police said charges had been filed and the investigation was ongoing.

The child’s name is not currently being disclosed.
